I’m Coach Allie.

I help ambitious women become the woman they see themselves as- intentionally.

I’ve always been fascinated by the space between who we are, who we’ve become and who we’re capable of becoming.

Because I’ve seen what happens when capable women spend years being everything everyone else needs them to be.

They become excellent at managing.

Managing careers.

Managing families.

Managing expectations.

Managing everyone else’s emotions.

Managing problems.

Managing life.

And eventually they ask:

“When did my life become something that I’m managing instead of something that I’m actually leading?”

That’s the conversation I care about.

I’m not here to give you another motivational speech.

I’m here to help you see what’s actually happening.

We’ll identify the pattern.

Question the assumption.

Get honest about the tradeoff.

Figure out what’s yours to own.

And decide what comes next.

Sometimes I’ll challenge you.

Sometimes I’ll as the questions you really don’t want to answer.

And sometime I’ll lovingly tell you:

“Girl. We’re not doing that anymore.”

Because you don’t need to become someone else.

You need to become more intentional about becoming you.
